What payment methods does Scrapless Creations accept? TOP

Scrapless Creations currently accepts payment via Paypal or Credit Card. Credit cards that are accepted are: Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.

Scrapless Creations uses PayPal as their payment processor. You do not have to have a PayPal account to pay for your purchases. Once you reach the PayPal screen you will be able to choose to pay with credit card. For more info on this and screen shots please visit our Payments Page.

Yes. All payments are done on a secure server.

Does Scrapless Creations offer customer pick up? TOP

Yes, if you live in the Park Rapids, MN area you can pick up your orders to save money on shipping. Just make sure you choose the customer pick up option when checking out. You will need to contact me and set up a time when you can pick up your order.

Does Scrapless Creations ship internationally? TOP

Yes, Scrapless Creations will ship internationally but our shopping cart is not setup to figure international shipping.

When you are on the checkout screen, choose to send via post mail option. This will put in a figure for US shipping. Your international shipping will be higher. After your order is received, I will package it up and weight it to figure out what the shipping will come to . I will take the international shipping total and subtract off the shipping that you have already paid and then send you a link to purchase the remaining shipping balance. Products will not ship out until the balance of the shipping is paid.

Do you ship Internationally? TOP

Yes, we do ship Internationally. Please follow the below guidelines for International orders.

International orders must be paid for through PayPal.
Please note that charges will be in USD (United States Dollar)
International orders will only be processed if the billing and ship to address are the same and will only be shipped to your VERIFIED PayPal address so make sure they match before placing your order.
Our shopping cart is only setup for USA orders. When checking out, you will be charged for USA shipping - which will be incorrect. After I put your order together and weigh it, you will be sent an invoice through PayPal for the remainder of the shipping amount. (The difference between the shipping cost minus the USA shipping you were charged for.)
By placing an international order with us, you agree to be billed for the difference in shipping charges.

Will there be sales tax on my order? TOP

If you live in the state of Minnesota, a 6.875% sales tax will be added to your purchase.

Does Scrapless Creations have a return policy? TOP

We offer returns on all products except custom items and clearnace premade items. With all other products, if you are not completely satisfied, return the merchandise in it's new and unused condition within 10 days of the purchase date. Your money minus shipping and handling costs and a minus a 10% restocking fee will be returned as a credit to your PayPal account. If you don't have a PayPal account, your will receive a refund check in the mail. The customer pays all returned merchandise shipping and handling fees.

We are not responsible for items that are damaged while in the shipping process. We carefully package our items and are not responsible for what happens to them after they are dropped off at the post office.

If you would like to purchase shipping insurance, you can by choosing the appropriate shipping insurance option from the "shipping insurance" category.
