Order Payment Shipping


Your order will be shipped out within 48 hours of receipt of payment.
If your order has a custom item in it, the entire order will be held until
the custom order is completed and it will all ship together.

We are not responsible for products damaged in shipping.  We offer you
the opportunity to purchase shipping insurance and encourage you to do
so.  We will not take any returns of items that are damaged during shipping
unless you have purchased shipping insurance.

If you live in the Park Rapids, MN order and you would like to pick up
your order to save on shipping, you can choose customer pick up when
checking out.

Coupon Codes:

Only one coupon code can be used per order.  Coupon codes may not be
available for use on all orders.  For example...if we are running a sale and
state that coupon codes cannot be used towards the sale, we will have all
of the discount codes disabled and reactivate them after the sale.

Sales Tax:

All orders shipped to a Minnesota address will be charged the current
Minnesota State Sales Tax of 6.875%.

Special Orders / Custom Orders:

Payment must be received on special orders / custom orders before I begin
your order.  Due to the nature of special / custom orders they are not returnable.
If you see a sample or have a sample that you would like your book modeled
after, I can do my best to do it.  Please not that items are constantly being
discontinued and updated to keep up with the trends in the scrapbooking world.
If something becomes discontinued or unavailable, I reserve the right to substitute
with another product without notifying you.

Return Policy:

We offer returns on all products except custom orders.  Custom items are made
specifically for you and cannot be retured.  With all other products you may
return them if you are not satisfied with them.  You can return the merchandise
in it's new and unused condition within 10 days of the purchase date.  All
packages must still be factory sealed for us to accept them as a return.  Once your
return is processed, your money minus shipping and handling costs and
minus a 10% restocking fee will be returned to you as a credit to your PayPal
account.  If you don't have a PayPal account, you will receive a refund check in
the mail.  The customer returning the products pays all returned merchandise
shipping and handling fees.
